Agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

By continuing to access and use our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Ownership & Distribution

The Website, its content, text, images and associated material are owned by M2 Logistics Pty Ltd and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property and legal rights (which may include third party rights). Printing or distributing any information contained on our Website for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of M2 Logistics Pty Ltd. Written consent, can be requested by email to info@m2logistics.com.au. You may print out the information on our Website for temporary personal use only.

Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. GST will be charged at the shopping cart/checkout.

Payment must be made in full in AUD before orders will be accepted. All payments made on our Website must be by credit card or PayPal. Surcharges may apply.

Price Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price as a result of a typographical error or as a result in information received by us from our suppliers, M2 Logistics Pty Ltd has the right to refuse or cancel your order listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. In the event that your credit card has already been charged and you order is cancelled, M2 Logistics Pty Ltd will issue you a refund direct to your credit card account for the charges incurred.

Dispatching Your Order

M2 Logistics Pty Ltd standard processing time is 12 business days from the date that your order is placed and delivery within Australia is approximately 4 business days after M2 Logistics Pty Ltd has processed your order. Please note that during periods of increased demand, there may be delays with processing your order, dispatch and delivery.

Dispatch notification

M2 Logistics Pty Ltd will send you an email notification and a tracking number once the goods you have order have been dispatched.

Refunds

We do not offer a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  1. has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
  2. is unsafe;
  3. is significantly different from the product description; or
  4. doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable frame. It if is not repaired within a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Storage and use of information

M2 Logistics Pty Ltd, where applicable, keep transaction data to comply with the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth). All credit card information is not stored or visible to M2 Logistics Pty Ltd staff in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

Materials on the Website (Website Materials) may contain links to materials on other websites (Linked Materials).

M2 Logistics Pty Ltd has no control over the nature, content and availability of the Linked Materials. All data transferred between us and the user is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS)  to ensure the highest level of online payment and information security.

About the information we collect

If you purchase any goods on our Website, we may request that you provide information about yourself including your name, address and details of how we can contact you. This information is required to facilitate us to fulfil the services that you have requested [and to notify you of any announcements or product updates]. No other person information is collected from you without your knowledge. M2 Logistics Pty Ltd will not sell your personal information to third parties.

The personal information that M2 Logistics Pty Ltd collects from you is used to complete the service that you have requested, such as completing your purchase of goods or responding to your enquiry. All online credit card transactions are handled (by Stripe and Paypal). Any credit card details that we obtain over the telephone for purchase of goods are shredded immediately after processing. Credit card payments are processed as quickly as possible and then shredded for maximum security.
